Returns:

Dolphins’s accepts returns/exchanges if customer pays return shipping. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. No returns on sale items, custom orders, or personalized items unless damaged, in which case replacement item(s) will be sent. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of purchase. Contact support@dolphinscheapshop.com with your order number to process returns.

Shipping:

Items ship out within 7-12 business days. Shipping time is longer during the holiday season (October-January) and during quarterly sales. A tracking email is sent to email provided at checkout when your order is ready to ship.

Interested in a custom order?

Custom orders start at $220 + shipping and take an average of 3-4 weeks for completion from date of purchase. We send fabric options based on colors/styles/themes that customer gives. Email
